Friends, My spouse had undertaken medical 6 months back for a Canada Visiting visa so when she went again this time to take medical for CEC PR the hospital athuroties mentioned turned her down saying as per IRCC they are not supposed to take a second medical in a years time. We told this was for PR where as the earlier one was Visiting visa and they still did not take the medical
Now reviewing the document we noticed that the medical for visiting visa has the IME code as Non EDE but the upfront medical type as Visitor instead of Worker.
Will this be a problem . Please help what can be done. Planning to have an LOE explaining the situation
