We just done upfront medical requests a few weeks ago for cec and just yesterday I got my request for medicals. As we have already done them was just wondering where we send them to as there is no address stated

You need to email cic a copy of the medical sheet issued by your doctor.

Recieved 8th oct , aor 10 feb. Do you have the email address, dont know who to send it to.

Attach your medical form you received from doctor after medicals, as you did Medicals few weeks ago, I think doctor might already upload your e-medicals to CIC. so confirm with doctor too.

Thanks! Is that how you send yours in? I only ask as one of my friends called cec the other say and they said they must be posted to them but didn't give her an address to post them to

It is really the doctors who will send cic the medical results.
However some people who did upfront are also scanning and sending to cic

Need help please.

I just got an email from doctor that my medical has been sent to CIC and doctor send me attached completion of medical . As per above post I m little confused . When i went to get my medical done doctor gave me a sheet and I have also received one today.

My question is which sheet i will be sending to CIC.

Please help !!

For all who have done upfront medicals and wondering how long would CIC take to acknowledge it, here are my timelines while communicating with CIC:

Many of you might know that I applied to EE as well. My upfront medical was for EE and it was done in Jan 2016. Doctor sent results to CIC and gave me the e-medical information sheet.

On 2016-03-06 I received MR for CEC, then on 2016-03-08 I emailed e-medical information sheet to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. As of today my ECAS displays "Medical results have been received". It took 3-4 business days for CIC to display it on ECAS. Not bad.

Do anyone know how soon will CIC ask for additional T4, NOA, RCMP etc and whatnot?

First sheet which doctor give me when i went for medical.

Second sheet I just received when doctor uploaded the medical.

E-medical information sheet contains your UMI number and this is specific to medical; should be sent. Since you have both, it wouldn't hurt to send both. When I did mine, I also mentioned my doctor's name, address and whatnot, although I didn't have the confirmation page you talked about.

An officer will contact you if additional documents are required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this will delay your application.


What does Required assessment means ?

Would it be a good idea to do RPRF as well ?
Please advise
