Upfront Medical Notification - Consent??

Hey guys,

My upfront medical receipt says this at the very bottom.

My lawyer says that I should be providing "consent", but when I asked my DMP, they said that the text there is normal and I shouldn't worry about it bc my consent form (signed IMM5743) is with my file. Thoughts?

you have to provide consent.

Our DM has some line like this at bottom.

On 01 AuG 2013 You consented online to using eMedical to process your health examinations where available.

Which city and country you did your upfront medicals. Only some DMP has access to eMedicals

I just signed a form for that 10 minutes ago. I was told it was to create a file for your records to go in which the CIC will access and make a determination.
