I was there today, and they said they wont do the Upfront medicals unless you have a PR or a Citizen of CA sponsoring your file. Otherwise you just have to wait for the CIC to send you the medical forms with the unique IME# linked to your file.

So, I guess I know what to do .... Just Wait

This is my understanding: Upfront medicals cannot be uploaded by emedical as your cic medical request has a barcode specific to your application. Most dr.s in Canada have emedical and don't want to go through the hassle of sending the paper report.

Upfront medicals can also carry a bit of risk since your landing expiry date is 1 year after medicals: do meds too early and you could leave a very small window to complete your landing

About the cost and how quick they are ?

Btw I called heritage village in Edmonton they said they don't have dates till 25th of this month, so I don't want to wait for that long.

I don't mind traveling to reddeer, Calgary or llyodminister.. Just want to do the medicals ASAP.

I did upfront medical in Calgary although I live in Edmonton. Before I went to Calgary. I called all 3 clinics in Edmonton which can do the immigration medical and all the answers were no, they cannot do the upfront medical unless I have the UMI. Then I tried Calgary, they said yes! The total cost me $332/person. The bad thing is that you have to drive 3 hours to Calgary and go to different location to do the test. The doctor information is below:
