Upfront medical and got medical request again! Please reply if you had a similar situation.

My wife did upfront medical for her application and IRCC requested medical again.
She did her medical again after the request.

Hi, we have done Medicals for our Infant in May 2021 when we filed her Visitor Visa from India. Now she is in Canada and she again got medical request for her PR Sponsorship-Dependent child application. I called CIC and then they said that you don't need to give medicals again. Could you please help me how this can be updated on priority. I raised Webform and got the standard response.
