I have applied for the Canada PR via Federal Skilled Worker Express Entry program in March 2021 from within the USA.
I have given my Biometrics in April and my application shows Submitted status (Details show application under review).
I am currently working as a contractor at an end client company via my employer. My end client is changing to a new company but my employer will remain the same. (My address will remain the same till Covid-19 Work from Home orders are in effect)
1. Please let me know if I must report this change to IRCC because I have submitted the end client information in the experience/reference letters I have received from my current employer?.
2. Also, if I must report and explain this change, what is the right means to report this change?
After searching for this, I found an official answer on the Government of Canada website which says this can be done via a Web Form.

I have also explored the Web Form and found a question asking
3. “Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada?”
I am not sure what I must enter here as I do not see where my application is being processed when I check my application status.
Please confirm if I must report this change or it is not required as this has happened after my application has been submitted and I have received AOR.
And if I must report this change via Web Form, please clarify my concern regarding your application being processed by an office outside Canada?
