Hi Guys,


I went to update my profile as I started a new job and when I submitted my information it now tells me I'm ineligible. It tells me that I've no education filled out and that I haven't done a language t4est, despite having completed all these fields. Certain information also kept disappearing from my profile. Do I wait 24 hours for this to update or should I just start a new profile and input all this information again?

I'm really frustrated because I'm on 471 points and I just wanted to put in my new information and now my whole profile has gone to the wall.

Sorry to hear that... I would prefer to start a new profile...
I never heard from anybody that an ineligible profile updated to eligible...
