I got an invitation to apply in the last draw and realized that I did not claim points accurately and do not have enough points to meet the minimum CRS score for my draw. I claimed 3 years of employment outside of Canada in my express entry profile and I actually had 2 years 10 months and 15 days (the express entry profile did not allow exact dates to be entered and thus it calculated 3 years of employment based on the months); when entering the exact dates of employment in my ITA profile it lowers my score by 12 points (from 544 to 532). I understand that if I decline my ITA my profile will then return to the Express Entry pool but will I be able to update my profile to reflect my 2 years employment outside Canada and thus my new score of 532?
