updating address online (difficult)

Hi I just want to update my address but it says I have to surrender my option of viewing my application online and all my onlinr priviledges.
if I click agree and accept that people say you have to call in which I never get connected to reenable your online application checking.

No Don't do that !!!!! . Google the email address for the VO you are using. Or see if it is on any communication you have had from CIC.

"Note: Once you withdraw your consent, your application status and address information will no longer be available on the Internet. Learn about other ways of receiving information about the processing and status of your application and updating your address information by contacting us."

Why is it asking me to do this since all I want is just to update my address.

Why is it asking me to do this since all I want is just to update my address.

I'm pretty sure that's only if you select a box to withdraw consent & press the submit button.

You need to ignore that and press the 'continue' button instead.
