I have applied on Nov 14, 2013

Only I got the medical request and my spouse didn't get the medical request ( as her old medical's were valid till Aug 2014)

As per ECAS Status , it is showing 'Medicals have been received'.

Please let me know, if you get update from CIC.

Thanks,
Venky

Any one received this request from CPC-Ottawa recently?

I received it last week and I sent the information in a word document. I haven't received any acknowledgement from CIC so don't know whether they accepted it or not!

Only residential address is required according to this letter, isn't it? (I wonder if I provide the activity history as well, and end up not to...)

I got a request to provide the residence history for the past 2 years for self and family on the 08-Oct-14. No updates after that.

To the best of my understanding, they had asked it because our medicals our expiring in Nov-2014.

Questions
Have you applied under CEC and when did you apply?
Is you and your spouse medical set to passed in GCMS?
When did your spouse got her medicals done or when is it expiring per GCMS Notes?

Hi did you receive any update from CIC after you provided the residence history? Did you receive PPR?

I sent yesterday this information to CIC.

My wife's medicals expired last month and only PPR is pending, and she is in Canada from past one year. So based on the flowchart, CIC should ask a new medicals to my wife...

I will do it upfront, will not wait for CIC.

same here...my medical expires this month too. In fact, most of the notarization and documentations have expired. I guess our cases are on the same processing time line...
