Hello Guys,

I have updated my EE profile after I have received Interest Letter from Onatrio PNP, my new score is lower than before because WES didn't recognize my master's degree so I had to remove it.

What shall I do here? withdraw my EE profile and create a new one? is the interest letter valid?

Thanks!

If your revised score is above 400, Yes. If not, the invite isn't valid anymore.

Thank you for your quick answer. However, do you have this officially mentioned somewhere in CIC or Ontario?

Just don't want to go into the trouble of sending all the documents and pay the fees then get rejected.

Thanks again!

Yes its mentioned in ontario website. "Have minimum score of 400 on the CRS......" visit their website to reconfirm.

Check one of the recent threads where someone has posted OINP's clarification issued recently that everyone above 400, having a Canadian bachelors or equivalent ECA and profile created after 1st June should receive an invitation else they recommend that the applicant recreate their profile so that they can be sent an invite. Your updated profile meets all their requirements so there is no need to worry about a refusal purely on the grounds of not having a recognized Masters degree.

Guys I have also updated my EE profile after receiving the letter of interest. My points are above 400 and I meet all the stated criteria. The Letter of Interest is in my previous EE profile I mean in front of the old application number. So, I wonder whether I need to contact Ontario by e-mail or phone and ask them to resend the letter of interest to my new profile. Or maybe there is no such thing needed to be done taking into consideration that the points are intact and human capital factors are also the same. By the way I have changed 2 NOC codes in my previous experience to be more appropriate that was the reason for update will that matter in terms of applying for PNP.

valsanail, so you have withdrew your EE profile and created a new one? and you didn't receive the Interest Letter again from Onatrio, correct?
do you mind tell us your score before and after?

Because, I don't think everyone who has a score above 400 will receive the interest letter, im sure they have a specific number of invitations or something

I did not withdrew it. It became ineligible because I had updated 2 NOC codes from my experience and forgot to put the new code in the part where it says what occupation do you want to nominate as primary. So, probably because of a technical incompatibility it became ineligible. The profile is still there I mean I can access it but can't withdraw or delete or change anything. Therefore, I have created a new one. The score for the previous profile and for the current profile was and is 448. I have received Letter of Interest when my first profile was active, which is now ineligible. That's why I want to know how to kinda shift it to the new one :) or do I have to do it at all?
