Updated Information Chart!

hey guys i just received Ppr this morning..
They asked for passport and 2 pictures
also to fill updated Information chart!
anyone has experience in filling the form? like list only the applicant getting pr or also list the spouse that already canadian in the chart

I am not sure what chart you mean but more info is better then not enough!

Well its a chart that list the principle applicant...Spouse....Children
maybe if there is any update to the family since!

well i would say put whatever was on your initial application and if there are any new changes!
