updated IMM0008 form+CQS

Hi

Applying from Montreal QC sponsoring spouse and found it confusing filling IMM0008 question 6 because i don´t have CSQ and like i understand you can apply for it in sponsoring spouse case after you get first stage approval from Canada. So little confused how to fill form - yes or no for have you received your CSQ?

If you intend to live in the Province of Quebec and are applying under a Quebec immigration program, have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)?

Check the corresponding box
If you checked “Yes”, please indicate the CSQ number
If you checked “No”, indicate the date when you applied for your CSQ (if you have not yet applied, please do so before applying for permanent residence)
Note: If you are not applying under a Quebec immigration program, check “no” for Question 6 a) and leave 6 c) blank.

You are applying through Family Class, which is not a Quebec immigration program. So check no for 6a and don't write anything for 6c.

Hi, we applied from Montreal too , we had the same problem ( we called an inmigration lawyer to ask) about that question
We anwsered NO , and for letter C we just leave it in blank ( dont worry is confusing) we already received our sponsor approval
we sent the papers on june 15th.
