Im my first application i said i had degree but didnt pass it.
in my updated documents i will state this will not having a degree affect me?
i have over 10 years experience.

Please could you explain it a bit further so someone can help you. I'm not sure you can you get a degree certificate without passing all the modules. Was it from some university in India?

When you fill those forms you are supposed to give details of the degrees you have obtained, not "future" degrees because things like that can happen. You previously claimed to have a degree that you didn't actually had, I hope they don't consider this as lying to get a few extra points. Better come clean now and hope for the best.

I deliberately didn't give my input (about this matter).
