What is the name of visa office? You can contact with the visa office by sending a case specific enquiry. You need to inform them about your son ASAP. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

When did your son born? You also need to increase your funds as the size of the family has increased. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

to notify the visa office about you son details:the following must be done
1.4passport photograph
2.notarized copy of of birth certificate and data page of international passport
3.$150 canadian dollar payable to THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA
4.additional family information imm0008
5.accompany letter telling them about new addition in the family...
with these information to visa office.you will receive medical for the whole family with in three week....
