I saw some postdoctoral fellow who used NOC 4011 to apply CEC and someone got rejected due to the duty couldn't match all duties described under the NOC 4011. My supervisor gave the letter just talked about my main duty- research and write and present the progress reports to sponsors. But I also did some lectures to the undergraduate students and graduate students and something like that. I already asked my supervisor to give me another reference letter with more detail duties and he agreed.
So my question is whether I should give some reason to CIC to explain why I send another reference letter? What kind reason is more appropriate? Thanks.
