Pls lets discuss provincial Nominee programs that are still open or about to open for the benefits of everyone.

any information will help.

At the moment almost all PNPs are opened to accept applicants that have valid job offers. British Columbia though has suspended their PNP temporarily pausing program intake for 90 days in order to introduce a new streamlined application process and program criteria. The PNP will reopen to new applications with a redesigned process in July 2015. Nova Scotia is still accepting applicants without job offer and Saskatchewan and Manitoba are yet to open their express entry streams to overseas applicants without valid job offers.

BC's EE-PNP program is still open and accepting applications, according to their website.
