Do you see continue button after you make any update?
Do you have any points in front of CRS Canadian Eduction?
 
CRS Education for me is blank, there is no continue or transmit button. Its a bug.

There was initially and then it went away and yes I have 30 points now in front of Canadian education

same problem here, I don't know whats happening with the website.
 
I have the same problem after updating my IETLS score on 18th Nov i can see the continue button, but later today after updating the Canadian study i cant update and submit the changes anymore. Hope they fix it before another draw :(
 
Just reported this as a technical issue through my "MyCIC" account. Please do the same thing to bring CIC's attention to this issue.

I had the same issue, so today recreated the profile by withdrawing the old one and in the job bank updated my New EE profile number with new job validation code.

Suddenly "Study and Languages" change into "in progress" and after resubmitting the form, there was no button from submitting the Application.

Probably they made some changes on the website and a new bug was created! I assume they will fix it soon.

Iam experiencing the same thing, the study and languages section has"In Progress" status even after completing and submitting
