Hello Sir/Madam,
Thank you for trying to assist me in my case>

my case is : to find a solution for my family members that lost there Visa.

I will explain my case : I started my application to immigrant to Canada since 2006 when I was working in UAE at Univesity of Sharjah through a company called Can-Quest located in Dubai...so I provide all documents that required and ILTS exam,in 2007 i leaved the UAE to Jordan my home land and started working at Applied Science University for 5 + years ... and without any action with my application>>> at the end of 2011 they asking for a midical test for all we made it on april 2012 and after that we traveling to KSA to working at King Abdulaziz University >>> I sent all our passport to vasa office In London to issue our Visa and we received it so the expire date for visa was 25/4/2013 >> we satrted planing to make a landing before 25/04/2013 >> I take a vacation for one week on April 2013 and befor our travilling"You know it is very difficult in KSA to tame a vacation " my son Adam catch Flu and favor so I decide to travel alone and explane my situation there but without any response the said to me you have to sponsor your familly againe from scratch >>> you know it take atime for 24 month and extra money >>
Is their any solution to activate or update my case >>
I aleady received my PR on last June 2013 just for me

If they didn't "land" before the expiration date on the COPR, you have to sponsor them all over again from the beginning.
To sponsor them, you will have to live in Canada for the whole time the application is being processed.
 
Dear you mean that I can't sponsor them from outside of Canada >>> some law firm promised me to process my sponsorship without staying in Canada is that possible ?
 
No, only a Canadian citizen can sponsor while not living in Canada.
A PR *must* be living in Canada to sponsor.

The law firm is wrong or lying. Don't have anything to do with them.
