when do they send the update document letter? by filed date or by AOR date?

I am not sure what you are asking. If you are asking if the 120days is from AOR date or from date of filing your application, then it is from 120 days from AOR date.


If you are asking if they will ask for additional update at the visa office and whether they are processing in the order of application receive date or AOR date, then for this, I don't know. However, it does seem to be application receive date.
