Update - BWJ London Visa Officer

BWJ is trying to figure out new cases for sending request of PCC and updated docs...I was also asked these additional documents and same reached LVO on 14 August, it's been more than 3 months after that. Every VO has his own way of working which shows no uniformity.

Hey friends, I got my visa stamped a few days ago. So BWJ may be slow, but is working! Stay positive and yours will come along soon!

I am 9 July 2014 applicant sent pcc with application I also sent upfront Pcc from current country of residence almost a month ago but I am not requested any additional documents does that mean file is still in queue or some background checks are going on.

This deadly slow pace of work indicates involvement of VO in other tasks which could be EE cases or Refugee cases, also might be they are working in line with PM reforms to immigration policy where they have stated preference to other classes and no words about FSW. Very few people are getting updates as compared to situation some months ago. Carry on LVO, wanna see till how long you keep FSW applicants in queue.

Today got my notes which were generated on 27 October 2015, below is summary:

- Eligibility PASSED on 29 July 2015 ( I was requested additional documents on this date)

- Criminality PASSED on 23 October 2015

- Next review date is 27 November 2015

- Application status OPEN and IN PROGRESS

One strange thing, under section of incoming Correspondence, it is written that I was requested travel history which was received in LVO on 28 October 2015 with attachment in PDF. I was never requested same then how I sent and also received by LVO.

What is BWJ doing with file and not issuing MR...unable to figure out

Paper file Office : London, Location : BJ10112...File status was OPEN and in PROGRESS....next due date was 27 November so I think nothing happen on 27 November that's why I am still not contacted by VO, have to wait one more month...

Bro you must go for fresh notes if you have not in last month or so....I am pretty relieved as 2 steps are passed.

Bro things are very slow at LVO that's why you can find some applicants of July still waiting, now they are putting next review date with long gap, previously it was after around one month. Just wait and pray for yourself and others

Wish you all the very best, pray that most of parts already passed for you and next review date is not much far. From current trend of much delayed next review date reported by some applicants, it seems those who stuck will not be cleared before mid of 2016 as next review date for them is March 2016, pathetic strategy of LVO.
