Beth told me that :

I am waiting for the Faculty to make a recommendation for your file to our office.

yesterday he told me that

No, I don’t have any updates from the Faculty. Once they update me, the decision would be released.

I know they are busy with the marking of exams right now. You may want to call him directly next week.
