Unused H1B - can still be reused?

I got picked in H1B lottery in 2022, my company did the paperwork, gave me documents for me to go out of the country and enter the US (consular processing) in H1B. I didn't use it and moved to Canada that year.

Now fast forward, 2ish years, I am wondering if I can still use it.

Did i lose my lottery win or I can still use it? I heard somewhere there is a 3 years limit.

Your H1-B may/ may not be valid.

Did you exit your company after moving to Canada? If your company withdrew their sponsorship before your visa became active on Oct 1st, 2022, it would make your visa invalid and you will not be cap exempt anymore. Any other company who accepts to sponsor you will have to submit your application for a lottery pick.
