Untill when exp is valid to apply under CEC after gaining one year exp

Hi Guys,

Can someone please tell me, until when you can apply after completion of one year experience, because it says you have to apply in 36 months or something
I completed my 1 year in July 2014, but due to circumstance I couldn't able to apply under CEC and now in new rules i haven't got invitation yet. So, can someone please advice me until when I can apply?

Yes, only experience gained in 3 years before application counts (see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp )

Since your experience is from July 2013 you have to apply before 3 years from July 2013 pass - you have to submit your application before July 2016. It doesn't matter when your application gets processed, as long as they receive it before your experience "expires".
