I arranged a delivery from India to send my Documents to WES and it's status hasn't changed in 21 days now, Says item bagged.
Their Standard delivery promise is 11 business days. Absolute furious about the situation. Called them wrote them an email filed an online complaint, but nothing, nada no response.
I missed my ITA because my bachelor's degree didnt get to WES on time! absolutely frustrated.
Has anybody else been in the same boat? How was your experience dealing with the frustration and how much longer did it take for your documents to reach WES?
