Hi I came to Canada under my mom's study permit and I have a visitor's record but the conditions say the above ^.I would like to work what would I have to do to be authorized to work?

You will have to find an employer who is willing to sponsor you for a Work Permit

Since you are a visitor, you need to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process and be approved. The employer needs to show they are unable to hire a Canadian or PR & complete a market assessment. Then if approved you apply for a closed work permit. The process takes many months. You will not be able to work even with your mother on a study permit or PGWP.
