In Imm5645 form, SECTION C - Brothers and sisters (include all brothers and sisters, ALL half-brother and sister and stepbrother and sister)
Question 1)
I have 2 siblings that we don't have any blood relation - ( They are children of my step-father from previous marriage) - I don't know their exact names, because I heard that they changed their name or family. So , should I mention them in that list?
Question 2)
Moreover, I have another siblings that I know their names, but I don't know their address, how should I write unknown address?
