I got refusal after 7 months

I Applied for ACCA but now I want to apply in a University can any one tell me any good university and which course is suitable for me

I left 4 papers of ACCA.

There is no point in completing your ACCA from Canada. Be it even a university. My advice is that you complete your ACCA and then apply for a university. There a lot of good universities. UofT, McGill, UBC, University of Alberta, Waterloo etc

yaar complete ur papers here take IELTS and GRE and then apply for any uni It will be better for you I dont think any university will give admission for without these four papers.
