University studied in another country

Hi everyone,

I have completed my diploma and degree in South Africa but the University I graduated from is in England, They offered the classes in South Africa at a local college and i obtained my diploma and degree from England ,ECA also accepted them, So my question is should I put England or South Africa for "Country of study" but my university isn't in South Africa but it is in England?

Choose South Africa, and attach an LOE explaining that the situation.
