Iam an Indian student planning for masters in Canada.

Profile:
10th-93%
12th-88%
B.Tech Electronics&Communication-64%(3 backlog history)
IELTS-7
Area of interest: Embedded,Robotics,Automation (Iam good at programming)
Work experience- 3.5 years as hardware design and embedded engineer.
Financial status- can spend upto 15 lakhs (30000 CAD) totally for 2 years.

Please suggest me some universities where I have fair chances of getting admission.

For paying for tuition, it's more than enough. But you still need money for living expenses for 2 years, and that's a big factor.

You don't have enough money for a 2 year course. You should be looking for a one year course at a college (not university).

Wouldn't it be possible to do part time job for my living expenses?

Which are the universities I can apply?

The only 1-2 year courses at universities are Masters degrees. If you don't want to take a Masters, you'll need to attend college.

Unlikely you can cover your living expenses through a part time job.

What would be amount I would need totally for my living expenses. (Total-income through part time).

Leaving the financial part, suggest few universities to apply

Choose between University of Toronto, BC, Alberta and Calgary.

These universities are probably all far too expensive for the OP. I don't think you can find a Masters program at any of these where $30K will come anywhere close to covering two years of tuition.

I found that some universities like university of victoria, Saskatchewan, memorial have quite low fees. But iam not sure whether ill be able to get admission there with my profile.
