I am pretty sure that they sent the letter through regular post, not through any courier service.

I have received the letter of admission from University Of Windsor.
But they have not provided any entrance scholarship to me, I would like to know as a International Student is it worth for me to pay very high tution fee of UoW all on my own?
The tuition fee of UoW is very high approximately 18,000$ per year.
