University of Windsor January 2020 MAC Admission

Hello !! I have Applied for JAN 2020 Intake for Masters of Applied Computing (MAC) Course on May 20th, 2019. My current status is "All Documents Received". It's been almost 13 Weeks and my last status updated on 4th July. Is anyone knowing how much it gonna take? My details are follow:

8.2 CGPA in B.E (Bachelors)
6.5 IETLS (7.5,7,6,6)
1 Backlog during Whole Bachelors.

Does it seems like I can achieve LOA ?
Anyone who has any idea please share on this topic and if anyone got admission for JAN 2020 MAC Course in uwin then please share your experience.

In a similar Jam, applied since February for M.A Politics Science but haven't received LOA yet....

What doesn't that means If status date change twice during IN PROGRESS. . ?
