where are you transferring from ? and how long does it take for the whole process?

Im transferring from a Engineering Degree programme to their engineering degree programme.

In addition to transcripts you are also going to need your course syllabus/outline so they can compare/equate your studies.

Well I called them and they said they have received everything they needed to give me acceptance but because I want to transfer credits the process would take a bit longer.

Im here wondering if I should just let them put me back in first year.......,but I don't want to start from the very beginning doing over courses that Ive already mastered :'(

Nope, havent completed the Bachelors, reached third year. And trying to transfer to the same bachelors at Usask because I like their specializations more than the ones available to me currently.

I was majoring in Electrical Engineering with a minor in communications. But I would like to focus more on Sensor, Circuit and Devices as offered by Usask.
