Yes please i have been accepted conditionally. The university is asking me to send my official from my previous school to them
 
The conditional offer is not a bad thing. It’s just that the school wants to verify your degrees. Send them the degree directly from your previous university before deferring. It’s a condition so you have to meet it first before any other thing.
