I dont understand farhan u applied in september month and abhi applied in late november but abhi got the result quickly where u still didnt hear anything. Also regina told me in a mail that dont expect a decision before March.

I have applied for Spring session, but now my status shows " RETURNED, PENDING FINAL REVIEW". Why, so early my application was returned by the department.

What this status means? Decision will be out in how many days?
