I already had my certificates assessed by WES - which was a vigorous process of multiple verifications (certificates sent by the university in enclosed envelope, further emails by WES to verify etc).
I recently got PT notification from Ontario. The document checklist said CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES. It is a lengthy process to get certified true copies from my university in Bangladesh. Since I already had WES assessed them, is it acceptable if I just send the NOTARIZED copies of the certificates along with the WES report ?
