university for masters in IT ?

hi everyone

please suggest good masters university in IT in toronto and how to approach them for masters
i tried some universities but they didn't respond to any of my questions

please help

well i have done bachelors in computer science and information technology at CGPA of 3.0
ielts band of 7.5

Try in University of windor, UOIT, University of toronto, York, Ryerson

Go for uottawa, carleton, UNB, Guelph , Windsor and 1 or 2 dream universities.
P.S- The universities i have mentioned are according to your CGPA
