What is the criteria to change the university after completing 1 year of course in canada and one would like to do another year in different uni.

Do IRCC gives 2 year study permit together if your offer letter is for 2 year programme?
How does it work?
Does it going to affect PGWP if i do another year from different uni?

If you're admitted to another DLI you can update it online with IRCC. If you need a longer study permit you can apply to extend it when it's close to expiring. No impact on PGWP eligibility as long as you remained a full-time student and didn't take unauthorized breaks.

Will it going to be any problem to go to another uni, if one have completed a 1 year foundation course in masters at one uni and would like to do the actual master degree at another DLI.?
