Hello All,

I am applying from India. If I apply for Masters in this week (before 18th of Feb) in U of Windsor, will I be able to finish all the formalities/procedures in time, including Visa application?

Would anyone please kindly show me how exactly I have to manage my funds and for how long for a University application?

No dear
You have to get acceptance letter from school first then only tou can apply for study permit.
And Universities generally takes 2-3 months to respond to an application for admission.

For finances, minimum requirement by CIC is Tuition fees + 10000 CAD ( by GIC/Edu Loan/Bank Statement/Sponser's proof etc.)

Thank you for your response. Could you please tell me which is roughly the latest date, by which we have to apply for the study visa for Fall intake?
 
Apply for admission to the university as soon as they accept applications for fall 2017. As soon as you get the admission confirmation apply for the student visa , the earlier the better for fall 2017. There is no way to predict a latest by date and even if someone on the forum suggested one it could only ever be a guess, so earlier the better once you have all the required documentation.
