Universities in which I can apply based on my education

HI,
I am from Pakistan. I have recently completed my graduation in Computer Science (BCS) of 4 years with final CGPA of 3.51/4.0. I have won Dean's Honor Roll in 4 different semesters. I have also given TOEFL with a score of 83(17R-18S-21L-27W).

I have applied to McMaster University and Memorial University. Memorial University has rejected my application and the rejection details are mailed to me and I am still waiting for the mail to arrive. However, McMaster University is showing Eligible as my application status means that my initial documentation is complete but a potential supervisor has to pick me in order for me to get accepted.

Anyways, I just want to know which other universities I can apply to based on my previous academic performance? I will be more than happy to get any form of scholarship/fellowship so if there is any out there whose criteria I meet, please specify.

I tried to browse through forums first to find the answer but there is bits of info scattered all around and not definite answer so decided to post

Your GPA is really good and you should try out top schools like McGill and U of Toronto. Also, apply to some schools that are a little less competitive as well like U of Alberta,U of Calgary, Queen's, York U to secure the acceptance. Try to do well on GRE it will almost guarantee admission. If you go gor PhD you'll be funded by the school. Master applicants have to be self-funded for the most part and scholarships are scarce.

for fall 2013, your time frame is a bit tight considering the visa processing time... keep back up for some uni's for jan 14 intake...

The universities mentioned by Ievgen are all top notched universities and admission to these universities are very competitive. You have to be really exceptional academically plus have at least published researches or excellent work experience. Most Canadian universities do not require GRE. Better check their program websites for the details on admissions. Course-based masters are usually not funded otherwise if you apply for a research-based masters funding is usually provided. To increase your chances of admission in a research-based masters, try to contact your prospective supervisor by browsing through the program website, reading their profile and communicating with them directly so that the moment you apply, someone's already noticed your profile. In some universities, a confirmed supervisor is a require for admission. Application for Fall '13 Term is long over so if you're planning right now, consider Winter '14 Term.

Your cgpa is really good. Only really really selective universities like Uni of Waterloo might have a problem

No one noticed that my TOEFL score is 83 and I have given TOEFL twice and both times it was 83. The universities that you have mentioned all require TOEFL above that. This is the main reason why I can't apply to these universities.
Plus I have studied few books of GRE and from that I am pretty sure that I will not do well in it so I am not going to give GRE, plus its optional in majority of the universities.

Well I know the time frame is short but I am ready to apply for any university that fits in my criteria. There is no problem for me if its January 2014 or September 2014.

Try improving your English scores first. Try IELTS this time. It's pretty easy to get a score of 7.0n which most universities regard as an acceptable score. Better aim for a prestigious university that settle for a so-so one. January intake is still far ahead so I think you'll have enough time to prepare for your best application profile for a reputable university.
