Hello All! Due to a very tight budget reserved for applications, I'm having difficulty in shortlisting Universities to apply to for MEng (Mechanical and/or Mechatronics). I was wondering if someone with relevant knowledge could help me narrow down my university choices. I'll graduate in June 2018 and will be applying for September 2018 intake
My profile:
BEng: Mechanical Engineering, from a University ranked in top 300 Engineering & Technology Unis in the world (QS)
CGPA: 3.30 on a scale of 4.0 (6 semesters)
Rank: Top 10% of the batch
IELTS: 8 (no band below 7)
GRE: Not taken (will take, if required)
Research: None
Projects: In-course projects (small projects)
Preferred universities:U of Alberta, UBC (being too optimistic), U of Calgary, U of Ottowa, SFU, University of Victoria.
I can apply to a maximum of 3 universities and one of them will be U of Alberta (some personal reasons). Any help in narrowing my choices down will be highly appreciated. I'm open to new university suggestions as well.
