You can apply to both Colleges and Universities. You can apply to certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas and Bachelor's degree courses with duration ranging anywhere between 1 -4 years. But, I reccomend you apply to any full time course of diploma level or above of at-least 2 years/ 4 SEM/16 months duration, so that you can apply for the 3 years post graduate work permit.

Can't say exactly. Most probably, depends on individual Universities/colleges and the particular course/programme and the semester load (in terms of credit hours) you are willing to take.
Other are welcome to add/rectify.

any one know about graduate certificate........????
can any one take admission after 12th grade(intermediate) i visit the college website they demand degree or 3 year diploma...and how many marks required for it and waht is scope this course???

You can not apply for graduate certificate/diploma after 12th grade. As you stated, the minimum requirement is 3-year advance diploma or a 4 year bachelors degree. Different programs at different colleges may have their own acceptance policies. You may have to check individual choices.

DAE is equal to inter so one can apply....

DAE is donr after 10 grade and makes you equivalent to grade 12. So on basis of DAW you can apply into 2-3 year diploma program but not in graduate diploma or certificate.

they want 3-year full time post secondary diploma and did not mention in requirement that the diploma must be after 12th grade and DAE is post secondary diploma. any way are you sure a DAE holder cn't take admission in ontario graduare certificate......????

who is they? if you mean colleges, please put the link here. Even if they mention post secondary diploma as requirement, they mean as per Canadian education system.

yes i mean colleges like humber nd ceneca.........link below ceneca that they mention 3 year diploma from a college or mature student with 3 to 5 year in work experience.
