Is it same Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and UMI number which I got in my upfront eMedical report? Anybody know? Thanks?

UCI is Unique Client Identifier which is generated by CIC for each applicant when they start processing their application. You won't have it if you've never applied to CIC. Write N/A or Not Applicable.
