Hi,
I sent my application in February 2014 and have been able to access its "Client Application Status" from the beginning. However, this morning when I tried to log on, I received this message:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided..."

Has anybody else ever experienced this?

You probably put the information wrobg, or missing letter or something.. you have to make sure evetything your entering is correct.. sometimes the site gives problems too.. give it a day or do.. its nothing serious
 
Thanks. I have been trying multiple times throughout the day, triple-checking the information, and nothing changes... I am going to assume for now that it is a problem with the website.
If anyone else has had this problem, please share...
 
Check the little keyboard icon thing on the bottom right of your screen.. Often mine will change from US to Canadian Multilingual Standard which messes up the key values etc..
 
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that's not it either... I've never had this problem in the past six months. It's very strange.

yes, you're right. it does work not using the non-sponsor UCI. But that's a first also.
 
Not working for me either, I think they're doing maintenance.

Same for me. Pretty much logged on everyday with the same details but today it says "we were not able to identify you"
