Have been unemployed for the past year , I have funds and thepast experience fits the criteria, can I apply I am currently doing business in the unorganised sector, no proof except cash comes in and goes out of the bank, i mean like license for business etc.

Yes you can apply provided you meet the criteria. Unemployment will have not affect.

To qualify for FSW-1 you should have done one of the jobs listed in 38 occupation list in last 10 years and should meet 67 point requirements
