Hello all.

Just a quick question please;
Regarding three forms I have no use for
Add dependant (I have none) and use of representitive (not using one), do these forms have to be filled in as N/A or do you just leave them out altogether? Thanks very much!!
Good luck all

You can leave them out and write N/A on their rows in the checklist.

On that note, if the principal applicant in your case is abroad, you may wish to consider assigning the sponsor (the Canadian or PR) as an authorized representative. In case someone needs to speak with CIC, then the sponsor can do so on the applicant's behalf. If not assigned, they won't speak with anyone other than the applicant.

The checklist lists some forms as "if applicable". If so you can leave them out, if not then include them with relevant info (N/A is not relevant.... not applicable or not available both have different implications)
