I illegally moved to U.S with my family 10 years ago when I was 16 with B-2 tourism visa. I am in college now majoring in Computer Science.

For a decade, I waited for a chance to get a legal status, but it seemed impossible. And in the mean time, my friend recently told me about the permanent residency in Canada.

Would I be qualify to apply in anyway for a permenent residency in Canada??

You will need to research Canada's immigration programs to determine if you qualify to apply. The fact you are in the US illegally will not stop you from applying - provided you are 100% honest about your immigration history. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program and right now you need to have at least 440 points to be selected. You will also need to have at least one year of full time paid skilled work experience and assuming you are single, show you have at least $13K in savings to establish yourself in Canada. You can find more details here:

You should know that your parents and siblings would not be entitled to come to Canada with you and once you leave the US you would be banned for 10 years.
