There is a clause at the bottom of Undertaking by sponsor Form IMM1344E stating " I understand that I will not be allowed to sign or co-sign an additional application to sponsor another person under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations if I am in default of any sponsorship undertaking."
Does that mean we can not sponsor my in-laws once this application is completed?
