Yes, that someone from UAE met financial requirement. I dont know how your definition of desperation but i agree officers vary in making determination. You can attach as much information but some have little consideration and can raise another concern. I would never attach will to support my application,thats be me
i mean if u try so hard to prove something. visa officer will suspect. but when see emotional and genuine letters. it changes the application
let me tell u this i am filmmaker and writer and one thing i learned past 5 years is people love narratives. so if u made VO enjoy reading ur statment. you wll get approval. because u explained everything needed and in genuine and comfortable way. i always tell to people. write your own stories. why u are so passionate about certain field .. why u want to go there. what are u planing to do.
it's lie applying for art program. your write the statement that will make you outstand and secure admission in competitive programs.
You didn't get your study permit the 2nd time either, so how are you sure home ties is still not in question? Just because the VO didn't list it as part of the generic reasons, doesn't mean it wasn't a consideration. Did you get your GCMS for your second refusal? What did it say?
I understand trying to do all you can to ensure an approval, but throwing more documents at VO is not the solution. You can't coax them into an approval. If you submit a convincing application, you will likely get approved. Sometimes we don't want to accept the objectivity of the VO because it's not in an favour, but taking a genuine look at your overall situation and the story you are presenting will go a long way.
I am not sure about your particular situation (because this thread was about a different poster) but submitting a less complicated application might be better. VO doesn't care (nor moved) about the properties that your parents (especially as a married woman) are leaving for you in your home town. They see and hear this everyday. Moreover, that is not what IRCC mean by "home ties". If your agent tells you that submitting your parent's will is a good move, I doubt their expertise.
absolutely got your point! Did that kind of story telling for my first SOP, kind of fell flat on my face but people who are dealing with VOs from the Middle East would know what we are dealing with. Unfortunately people who get it in their first go assume they filed perfectly (which might be the case) but trust me that does not mean those who got a refusal did a poor job.
How come a person with 45% of marks and hiding their masters degree get through? The whole point of the conversation in this thread that this system doesn’t work like other immigration systems and people try every single page from the book to get through.

i am from Tunisia. i understand ur struggles our approval rate here is 45%. it is not that great. it depends from each officer in every country. maybe we are lucky we have ircc Tunis here. and only process applications from Tunisia. i have read ex- ircc officers reviews and articles online. all of them emphasized on three things.
1- your choice of program and if it is reasonable
2- your social status and your family situation
3- your future prospects.
they also emphasize on that they make quick decisions and won't spend the whole day assuming about your life. they evaluate what they see and make decisions.
maybe in first application the visa officer stopped at proof of funds and refused without checking the rest of documents and in 2nd application they checked the rest of application and found another reason.
i am not defending their choices. but everyone knows including me, you and them that they make fast decisions and it might not be fair for everyone.
also visa is privilege not a right. u are applying to come to the best country in the world. so the visa officer is not obliged to approve. tbh when u check most applications in other forums and discords groups. you will realize that they are not that good and if actually ircc conduct face to face interviews. at least 60% of applicants won't pass through. i got my uk visa refused last year not because my profile was week. but my application overall was not that great. also i got my Swedish and danish residence permit which are more harder than Canada, us and uk. back then my profile was not great but my application was properly made and documented and it made sense. i have been refused more than you think. there is nothing u can do about it. being able to get residency in Top country is huge privilege so one must deserve it not plead for it. if you show that u deserve to be there. that u are needed there. then i am sure your application will be good.
also i believe in " if something you desire doesn't want you, then it meat for your own good "

Hi, i don't know about an consultans in Egypt, but i can recommend you Immiland Canada (they are inside Canada), you make your appointment online, and the appointment is through Skype, they have accredited consultants by IRCC, they can evaluate your case and guide you in selecting your program of study according your immigration intentions.
@sqfit Take it easy. It's just another bunch of people who can't accept the fact that there are VO who don't do their job diligently in some places. Discussions like these always end up with comments like ''you are an ignorant fool for not hailing the mighty VO who can never be wrong'' They have their SP so they can say whatever they want, heck even call apple an orange. They have never tasted unfair rejections so they would not make any fair observations. Just leave it and enjoy your weekend ;-)
