Undergraduate - is it possible for ECA assessment?

Hi All, please help. For undergraduate situation, is it possible or acceptable for ECA assessment? Example He only reached 4 years whilst the degree should be 5 years. So he does not have a Diploma cos he did not complete his bachelor's degree.

You post isn't entirely clear. If you didn't complete the degree yet - there's nothing to assess and no point submitting anything for an ECA assessment. Points are only awarded for complete degrees / diplomas.

Well Wes might conduct the ECA assessment but it might give the Canadian equivalency of secondary school diploma which won't fetch significant Crs scores. You can take the Wes degree equivalency test to check what level of education he gets
